Finished my beef n butter fat fast yesterday. Total weight loss in 4 days was 5.2 lbs.
Here is what I ate: breakfast bullet proof coffee (1 tbsp mct oil, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp butter) lunch 1 cup beef cooked in 3 tbsp butter dinner 1 cup beef cooked in 3 tbsp butter
2 fat bombs about 9:30am-10am
