I am a horrible cook. LOL. I tried almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium husk as coating. Surprisingly the psyllium had the best texture and no flavor. It would probably be ok if I used spices. I removed the skin and coating and shared it with my dog😂 I'm done with frying, what a mess. I tried cooking it on the grill yesterday and burned it. Haha. I think tomorrow will be a Salmon day. I can cook that!

I find that chicken is much easier cooked in a small amount of butter on the skillet, baked in the oven or in a crockpot. Hubby has luck with the grill but I don’t unless it’s steak.
