Day 3 of counting calories using the FS app for Blackberry. I was not going to count calories however when I found out how easy it is with the app I decided to give it a go. Things are going really good right now. I feel better and am not as tired as I use to be. Probably because I changed my attitude regarding my body. I have not felt really hungry and have kept my daily intake right about 2000Cal. I have no idea what my intake was prior to making this lifestyle change but I am trying to stay away from what I use to eat (or at least changing the portions). I hope this journey of changing my lifestyle works. I really hate "Diets".
