Good Morning everyone. Beautiful morning on the drive into work. Had a great weekend - ate out twice and stayed right on plan. My lesson learned is to just slow down and not panic - I can usually put together a meal and stay on plan given the menu options. I do have to choose better restaurants ; but even then - I just have to take my time and think it through. My other lesson learned is that ibuprofen and my metformin look similar - especially in low light in a nice restaurant. the upside is that it explained why I had a weird spike last weekend in blood sugar (my meal was within my WOE). Whoo hoo - such fun. I had a little more bread this weekend (1/2 bagel and pancakes - not at the same time sillys) but I am a little bound up in the guts and bloated. I am going to adjust a bit next weekend with more fruit to make my Carb numbers. I am off to get this going today - coffee on board, follow up with podiatry, and a nice lunch with my Wife. Life is just amazing. I wish that you all have a great week on your adventures.
