Today for breakfast I had 1 scrambled egg and 2 sausage links and my essential water. For lunch I had salmon in miso dressing and a half of Beagal thin with a veggie burger in that was great... And I had my high ph water too. Now I have to run 2 errands. God bless later. Linda
