Day 5 of 12 week program (5 of 84)
Feeling very sore today from the 3 workouts Thursday Friday and Saturday. Yesterday I took off from the gym to play soccer for 2 hours and then watch the World Cup final 🇫🇷 what a crazy game. I am going to go to the gym tonight and tomorrow and rest Wednesday because I have more soccer. Then I have to take progress pics on day 7 and write a report for the week to send to my coach. So far things appear to be going well 😊
