I know, right?! I’ve also found that if I’m having a sugar craving after dinner, a little cup will totally kill it, which is awesome for me!

I love it too! I even bought a little milk frother to work so I could make it there.

When you get a sweet tooth try licking on a spoonful of coconut oil. I put mine in my fridge so I can break off chunks and suck on it like and ice cube. You get your good fat intake and its sweet!

Breakfast this morning was a yummy cup of coffee with a Tbsp of butter, a 1/2 Tbsp of coconut oil, 2 Tbsp heavy cream, and a little splenda, whipped up in the Nutribullet. 33g fat and zero carbs. It's been 3 hours and I haven't even thought about snacking.

What does it do when you whip it up ??

I made it simple for this morning...
12 oz coffee
1 Tbsp Kerrygold Butter
2 packets of pure stevia
Added all ingredients to my bullet cup and blended it... the blending makes it all frothy and creamy on top. I actually like it more than adding creamer. I didn’t add the coconut oil... I’m working upto it. LOL!

Nidoqueen - I have been sipping on my coffee for the last hour and a half and I haven’t even thought of food... so weird how this works. I’m 9 days in and can’t believe how much my Huber pains and cravings have diminished. I love eating this way. I don’t feel deprived at all.

Mrsroboto... GREAT IDEA! if I get any hunger after dinner, I’m going to try that. ❤️

Pixie68 - does the frother work as well? Just curious. I work from home but I travel and I am thinking that would be portable if it would work for my coffee.

PJNappi, I've been struggling for the past couple of weeks with too much protein vs fat in my macros when the light bulb came (back) on and I remembered Keto Coffee! Today, I'm rocking the fat grams and feel freer to eat some protein later. I love my Keto coffee. Add an egg and a slice of bacon for breakfast and I'm stuffed!

I use the MCT OIl and organic butter and blend it. LOVE IT!! No sweeteners

I don't even like coffee, but now I'm craving it! I do have to add a tbsp of cocoa powder to mine!

Haven’t tried it, like you, I can’t get past adding butter
To my coffee. I’ll have to muster the courage to try it, at
least a sip...LOL. So....one Tbsp of butter?

the key is to blend everything so you end up with a hot smoothie

Yes! The key IS to blend it - unsalted butter, coconut oil, MCT oil - I usually pick two of the three each day. I used to do a tablespoon of each in 12 ounces of coffee but have cut back a little to reduce calories for a while.

Do you put the hot coffee into the nutribullet? It doesn't crack it?

I would urge the use of a glass type blender but my daughter uses plastic and it’s fine. I had a hard time getting past the butter in coffee too but honestly it makes it frothy and is really good. I will always do my coffee this way going forward. The mix you use is for preference or what you need macro wise out of it. I use 1 tablespoon MCT and 1 and a half butter. I use salted butter. I couldn’t do it without it being blended though.

Blending is a MUST! I think tomorrow I’ll try the coconut oil with it... that’s just a little harder for me to wrap my head around, but I’m getting there.

Nidoqueen - I’ve been having the same problem. I’ve qctually had an easier time getting my carbs down than my protein ratio. I’m in weight loss mode, and it’s going well so far, but the coffee with butter helped my ratios so far today. May have a hot dog for dinner - they have no nutritional content except fat, so that might help. Still finding it hard to know what foods to eat for which macros... I’m learning though. This app has really helped.

you can plan the day. once you play with the foods a little you can see how you can adjust to make your macro's. I do dinner first so I can figure what works for breakfast and or lunch. salmon is lower calorie and is a nice protein for lunch you can mix it with mayo if you need more fats, but with your breakfast coffee you don't seem to need it. I have a hard time pushing my protein up. we don't have much appetite so it is easier to limit the size of our protein.
