Not pictured is a wedge of Cinnamon flax cake I made yesterday. It’s so good I’m going to go through the trouble of adding it to FS recipes. I will be making it again!!!

everything looks good and great that you are going through the process to add one of your recipes to the process. the keto pool on here is pretty limited and I know you have been doing great with testing new options.

Thanks guys it was really good! Nthompson it’s saged turkey sausage! And I definitely have been experimenting with Keto recipes. I love to cook and bake and sometimes I need options! However, I am working on breaking free from my emotional binge eating and teaching myself to Not eat so much sweet tasting foods. It’s a struggle :/

my thing is chocolate, testing various recipes and it is good to fill in the gap of my lower fat days.

Chocolate, cinnamon, and key lime are my favorite flavors. So far I have a recipe for cinnamon. Just need to work on the others! :D
