7.0 hrs sleep, 5.0 hrs CPAP, 4 fatigue, RNeck 2, Joints 1;

Poor qual. sleep. Up early, RM3>KW, Fatigue up, but mostly feeling full. Suspect it's increase in fiber with this diet. Finally 2 bm's in am, 1 good, 1 like waterfall, lol. Affected me throughout day. Suggest cut back to 25-30 g/day, instead of the 30-40. Did take Mag/Calcium supplement last night to help things along. Prolly good to take daily to assist in nutrient absorption b/c of fiber increase. Also, need to up yogurt to 2-3x/day.

Great, ANOTHER supplement/pill/powder to take. Need to take one serving of carlson liquid/day. I'm lazy and take the Salmon pills.

Sleep, Sleep Sleep. Need to start on Ambien, go down no later than 11pm. I think sleep may be a very important factor.
