I wasn't going to record this loss, but decided a loss is a loss and I haven't been under 140 in a long time! It feels so good to see that number change if even just a little bit. It is supposed to be a little cooler here for the next couple of days so I am hoping to be able to walk outside instead of on the treadmill after work.
