Day 7: I finished off my week at 230.4, that means I lost 2.8 pounds. Not too shabby. Day 8: Ugh! 232.00 Skip forward to today and GAIN! I know darn well that’s because all day yesterday I had soda and right before bed I ate three egg rolls. I know, I know, trust me I paid for it, couldn’t sleep (soda) stomach hurt (soda and egg rolls) lesson learned 🤢 Here’s to a new day and better choices!
