Ate mostly Protein today as the salad line was long. Decided to have a banana and a Special K bar as a snack. Drinking ONLY water so that I do not add liquid calories to my caloric intake. So far so good, I have been happy with my progress. My hope is to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month.
