Lately, I've been marveling how much better I've felt after eating more veggies/fruits, etc as snacks. My 'tummy' feels happy and light!

Well, I just splurged and had ~2 servings of 'whole grain'? Pringles, and ze tummie is not happy. Maybe too much salt? calories? Lack of fiber, only 2g for ~300cals of crisps. Whatever it is, I don't like. not good. patoooey. Lahhhhhoooooooooser! I long for some carrots or cherries.
