Today I achieved my weight reduction goal and I am very pleased with myself. I am still considered overweight per overall height and weight medical standards but I am
happy with a few pounds over the normal at this time. I would like to lose another 10 lbs so that I will be closer to my normal height and weight standard but I also
understand I am not in a high risk medical state that I was in when I first started
back in Jan 2018.

Congrats!!! Enjoy your success. Please continue to use what got you where you are now. I encourage you to go for those last ten pounds. It will be challenging but very rewarding. A friend here once said, and I'm taking the liberty to paraphrase; "The finish line in weight loss is the starting line in maintenance." Loose those last ten pounds and maintenance will be a piece of cake... lol
