Day 19 of 84. Cheated a little bit yesterday with a Gatorade and protein bar, a few blueberries, strawberries and a bite of cookie during the Soccer tournament yesterday. But I turned that into my lunch and took all the carbs out of dinner to almost meet my macros. I was outside from 11:30am -5 pm played about 1 hr of Soccer and sweat 😓 so much from being outside. Today I have another game at 9:30 pm. I am going to gym before that and I need to make dinner. 😱
