My amazon supplements arrive today, yea! Beta-glucans & Natrol Cholesterol Balance w/ beta sitosterol. Both mainly for hyperlipidemia,but other fx as well. Also, ordered BP cuff & 2 stand alone exercise bands from amazon last night. Tuesday eta. Need to start charting BP, and see if diet/exercise lowers it.
Continued w/ greek yogurt at every meal this am. reducing portion size. Also need to convert Volumetric (dry) Steel Cut Oats to cooked (wet) by mass. Very strange that no measurement by grams exists anywhere on diet sites.
