Day 3 of 5 lbs/2 week challenge and nope, not losing weight so far but learning a LOT about improving food choices and definitely more focused on fitness than in the past!

Today, going to meet the dr who will be performing my hysteroscopy/d & c soon. Very nervous about the situation and about anesthesia. I'm sure I will be fine and I especially want to rule out any serious illness or abnormal findings.

Will update how the appt goes later when I get home from it.

PS figured out my RDI accurately and apparently there were days I wasn't eating enough according to it, but, since I"m carb cycling I'm not sure how much that matters. We will see in evidence of weight loss by the end of the 2 weeks I'm sure. By the way, I have lost inches but that's not on here as a weight loss proof is it? For this challenge I mean?
