I've been doing the BPC for almost a week now and I've noticed that I'm more awake than normal but that I still feel like I could nap at the drop of a hat (thank goodness I don't wear hats, right?). I'm still struggling to focus (thanks ADHD, who doesn't want a brain full of squirrels) but less tired is a good start. I've actually unpacked AND washed my Instant Pot, glanced through the cookbook that came with it before getting distracted and forgetting to do the water test.
I still see these small things as progress and each step gets me closer to being able to focus on me enough to start working on the weight. I'm hoping to participate in a 30 day challenge starting this month (Whole 30) and I'm excited about the idea and totally intimidated by the food buying/prep part. lol
