Sizzling! 

Daaaaammmmnnnnn! OMW 

Haha, I started cooking about 8 pieces, for today and tomorrow, and I thought, this is sticking, so I poured all the bacon fat I had in a quart jar into the pan! A little over half a quart. 😂 

I wonder what bacon fat, heavy cream and bacon soup would be like, umm, I'm not sure I want to know.

Jenjabba, I don't know what it would taste like but it would FEEL like a heart attack! 

That's a new idea. Haven't tried that before. Will tomorrow morning though. Curious to see how it will turn out. Pretty easy life... eat till full, and don't bother with calories. This is the foods our body is designed for. Unfortunate that food have a lot of politics, religion, and greed around it, much more so than evidence-based science. It is a wonderful thing to rise above all that, to build a close relationship with the body. 

Diddlee you are spot on! Excellent comment and wisdom. Be careful not to have temp too.high, the bottom of my pan still got solids stuck to it, I'm wondering if next time I can do it without having to scrub the bottom.  

SoCalPam lol I take it your not keto. all the bs about fat causing heat attacks it's being debunked. pass the butter, but only eating till satisfied.
