SO, go figure. I'm down 2 lbs but most of my measurements went slightly up! Glad I don't base progress only on numbers! I feel good, look much better and have tons of energy I need to live my daily life.
Today, I took it a bit easier with cals and carbs for sure! At the time of this record, I have eaten breakfast and lunch and some snacks but not dinner yet and not sure if I will even have a full dinner since it's almost 7 PM and I don't like eating much before bedtime.
So there you have it. Down 2 of the 5 lbs for the challenge. YAY! Onward we go!
