I have to do the same this weekend, making good choices is work! For me I am going to Wisconsin State Fair and I know there will be lots of junk and beer. Sunday, going to a gathering where there will be a feast and lots of Hungarian deserts.. tough. Tonight , friends invited us over for drinks.. Total anxiety about this.
