So very good, enjoyed by all cut the rack in 1/3rds, 1 full on New Mexican red Chile rub, 2nd a chili powder rub w/ 1/4 of NM Chile and one salt/pepper only. Braised then finished off with sugar free hickory smoke mop under broiler. Boy liked the hottest version. He’s growing up.
