I got some hemp flour. Do you think a hemp pita would be good? I don't bake but they say you can substitute hemp for flour?

If you like the hemp flavor it can be done only have patience and answer at the dough (if dry, more oil and milk, if sticky more flour), and every pita is about 25gr so any flavor in that amount will be uncomfortable.

I figured. What do I do with this hemp? I can't smoke it.

Use another flour and put some hemp, and in that way you'll be using it little by little
