Ok, watched the diet intake & Thursday started back on the recumbent bike. Rode only 12 min @ 6.9 avg mph, but was a start. Then Friday made it a full 15 min @ 10.9 average mph. Which has been in the past my normal comfortable speed. Once the soreness works out, then I will push harder and faster for more results. I do have to report took off yesterday asa full rest day, but I have found tho sore, I have now found more drive and energy! Result of just a walk to the mailbox upgrade about a a 500' walk on very uneven ground. And a loss of 2.4 pounds. 🎉283.8

That's awesome, keep it up! I'm doing great on the diet but I really need to push myself to exercise. Here's to feeling good!

it took me weeks to work up the level on the bike but it is so worth it. I burn around 300 calories in 30 minutes at 19+mph that is level 8. I generally do 40 minutes or so, but some days I back off a little.
