Well people, I need you allgive me your opiniones and experiencia about the intermitent fasting, I want to give it a try for the lasting pounds so... everything you can tell me will be so worthful, thanks ♥♥

In my experience, it was easiest while doing keto. When you're carb dependent, your need for glycogen in the muscles will be present by feeling tired. So if you can get over the hump, go for it. I was able to do 16:8 only on keto without feeling tired or groggy

I like it because once I start to eat, I want to eat all day. So starting later in the day for my first meal makes it easier for me to eat less. Also, I was a night-time snacker, so having a cut-off time where I have to stop helps me control that as well. Other than that, I don't really know of any benefits. It fit for me.

Anyways best way to have big meals and eat a lot and still lose weight. But I don’t think I could do it without coffee ☕️

100% what PacosTacos says. Fasting is easy if you have done even a few days of keto before hand. In fact it is scary easy. One is so NOT hungry that it is easy to forget to eat.

My personal experience my be an 'outlier' but I had a hard time with IF until I did extended fasting (3+ days of fasting). After weeks of off and on extended fasting I was able to do IF.

I love coffee, I want to try that 500kcal twice per week. I don't like keto, sorry.

For me it works best when I stop eating between 2-3pm. I had years of getting used to eating either no or very small dinners when working shifts that ended later in the day. If I feel hungry later in the day a cup of hot tea usually helps. I'm probably not actually fasting before I go to bed because I will also have diet sodas during the fasting time. But I did it for months and it really worked for me.

Rosani nothing to be sorry for, if your diet works for you that is all that matters.

I find it easy to IT fast from after dinner (6-8pm) until noon or 2pm(or later) the next day. But I have to have my morning coffee!

IF works well for cleansing out the body. There are many versions from just overnight, to planned number of hours per day, per week to extended fasts of 48hr or more. You also have differences in IF from liquid fast to dry fast. My suggestion from how you eat is to start out slow with overnight fast from after dinner until breakfast and see if you are okay with it. Then make it longer each time to build stamina. Do not do dry fast starting out. That usually takes years of body conditioning to do healthily.
