please tell me you have some off those clothes still! whenever you need a smile just chuck on an old pair of jeans 

I sadly dont have any clothes left from back then. We immigrated from South Africa in January this year and I didn't bring my bigger clothes as it just gives the opportunity to relapse and gain again to fit in it. No More big clothes in my house.  

I hope I can make it to my own goals as well as you are doing. You're doing so well.

Welcome to Aus🤗 Out of curiosity how does Aus stack up to south Africa as far as healthy eating goes. I would imagine that junk food is far more accessible here?  

thank you Jennie 54. Its hard but I have to, not just for my wedding but overall health. My 3 year old loves my new energy and I feel so much better and sexier. I felt like a slob for over 8 years, but now I feel much better about myself!

Thanks Keith, the currency in SA is the Rand, and its 10 times weaker than the $. So all the prices here you add a zero and that is what it wouldve cost in SA. Fruit and veggies here are way more expensive if you buy from the retailers WW and C. But overall quality of food is better here. Honestly there is equal amounts of junk food there than here, it is also much cheaper to buy junk there but thats if you get paid in $. Basically in both places healthy eating is expensive and junk is more accessible😄 

Thanks. I'm spoilt with good produce as I help alot of farmers so I forget sometimes how expensive it can be to shop for alot of daily items. Junk food is a global epidemic it seems. Cooking in bulk might not give you alot of variety but I can get a good nutritious meal now for well under $10 a serve. Which is still considerably cheaper then most the fast food retailers.
