In 8 weeks -1,5% of body fat - absolutely! I prepared for my first fitness show in just 10 weeks and dropped 5kg , obviously there was some muscle percentage, but mostly it was fat.

The biggest thing I have trouble is I still have so much loose skin. Even when I weighed in and I was 10.5% I did not have any real definition that I would expect (after Google 10.5% and pressing image's)
I know that this time next year I will be competing 💪 first timers category 🎉🎉
