So, since going on the semi keto path, I expected there to be strangeness in lab results.

Cholesterol (N100-199) 233 (now as I type the significance hits me)
Trig (N0-149) 98!!
HDL (N>39) now is 50 (again a numerical significant) a slow health growth!
Year of surgery 12/16, it was 27 after statin drug use, and it will show in what medicine says is perfect.
If it is obtained by drugs, to me that is false statistics, no root healing.
LDL (N0-99) 163 !

After leaving the hospital with new RAV, 12/16...
Cholesterol 133. Lipitor and lisinipril

HDL. 27. I was also losing good cholesterol, stepped the statins back to every other day! And told them so.

But, as I have found, two steps forward with drugs means inflammation.
if I can’t eat healthful nutritious food, and see the results, I still hate being a bubble girl. The answer for my health is in my hands. Yes a congenital defect of the heart almost stopped me, but THANKYOU FATHER GOD!
