Not really sure how I feel about my performance last week. I only lost 0.6 pounds but I had lost 6 pounds the week before. I log everything I eat and based on the math of input versus output I should have lost at least two pounds last week. Not sure if its because i'm putting on muscle, a plateau (god I hope not I have way to much left to lose) or my stupid scale. Hoping for 2+ this week. Just after a virtual nothing loss I get disheartened about going to the gym.

Many times when you have a big loss one week, your body readjusts with a smaller loss the next. Even though on paper you should have lost more, our bodies don't work like that. Other things effect our loss's such as metabolism, sodium in foods, etc. You are doing fine. Keep going.
