lunch time, military diet day 1...so far so good, I've been drinking water inbetween my breakfast and lunch. let's see how my hunger is between this and dinner tonight.

I was about to ask the same as Chinymei. Lol. Looks like tuna on wheat, so not too bad in my opinion. Do whatever works for you, and good luck on your journey to better health!

OMG, I so remember the Cleveland Clinic diet. My friend had actually had bypass surgery at Cleveland Clinic back in 78-79 and I remember making myself eat the PB on toast. I still do not eat nut butters (unfortunately). I know there was hot dog somewhere in there, another food I don't like (of course, unless on a bun and Nathans...LOL).
