OMG that reminds of a pizza joint I went to as a kid in Chicago I believe called UNO's. it had one huge layer of sausage deep pan!!!! My husband loves thin cruse...so at the other end of the spectrum. I do admit I also like thin crust but absolutely love deep dish! This brought back that sweet memory...thank you!

I ♥ Chicago deep dish :) yum yum, live about a hour or so away from the city, but man I wish I could eat it more often.
