just remember why you wanted to change to begin with.
also remember it took along time to put the weight on probably so getting rid of it takes time.
nothing worth doing is easy, but it's worth doing.

🤔 Pray 😁 just pray with whatever words you have. There's no right way to pray.

It’s probably the most common reason for people to get derailed in their weight loss journey.
We’re looking at ways to help people overcome these obstacles. As Keith mentioned, think about your original motivations for starting this. They are a good way of re-motivating.
I’d also recommend reading The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. He looks in depth at eating habits & willpower.

it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. The habits will stick after a while and then you won't feel like reverting back to you're old ways

Violaura is 100% right.
In enough time you won't even realise the changes you have made.

just recal/remember why you started doing it at the first place...... if that is a little vague, watch some transformational videos... and picture yourself in their shoes and hiw badly you want it too...

Losing motivation will happen, I think the best way to deal with that is, never ever go hungry, have food, protein shake whatever you take that tastes good so you do not need motivation to eat it and make it a lifestyle change. That way you can achieve your goals without motivation.
