WHO ARE YOU TRAINING FOR????

if the answer is anyone but yourself, youre probably lying lol
ill admit i started training and dieting because i wanted to change my life and be more attractive, improve my confidence and work on better healthier relationships.....now thats all done and dusted i carry on doing this not for other people or for validation but for myself, because i love being this way, i love having this confidence amd most of all i love me....which is something we all need to strive for :)

It started with wanting to lose the weight and be 'normal' now I'm doing it to see how far I can take this.

I'm doing it for my children so that they can have me around and involved for a long time to come. I have always loved them more than myself, hence why I neglected my health in caring for them- but now I see they need a healthy me as much as I do!!

@Annelize thats awesome, i too never aspired to be anything but "normal" but now i cant see myself going back hehe keep up the good work!

@jespes26 thats amazing!! im so glad you came to that realization, a lot of people do the same and tend to forget the fact that theyre actually a Role model for their children, monkey see, monkey doo as my mother always told me haha so im glad youre looking after yourself and i know your children will thank you for it as well keep well xx

@Annerie10 there are many programs available for beginners on the inter webs, you just have to have a bit of a look and see which ones suit your needs, i would also first consult your doctor before any strenuous exercise as he/she will have the best opinion thanks
