I am doing the Keto Diet. I am happy to have lost about 6 pounds, I know that it is more water than anything, but it has been 5 years that I have not seen 154.6. The only complain I have, it the energy. I have a slow energy. Maybe I am doing it wrong, but my energy level of energy is low.
