I am really going to try to stay within my 1300 calories, going 300-400 over has really stalled the weight loss. Need to stay motivated and focused, will be leaving for vacation and the end of the month, so looking forward to seeing my family!!

I’m at 1200 cals and I’ve experienced that slowness a couple of times when I’ve eaten too much. It’s a great reminder to stay on track...it’s not worth the frustration!
