So I’m having trouble keeping the weight off but after reviewing what I’ve been putting into my body I figured that........so I had bought a brand new very large French Vanilla Creamer as well as a Silk Almond Vanilla Creamer, just to test it and it was good!! So.......what happened I think is I’ve been drinking the regular French Vanilla Creamer because that would be a waist of money not to and all the weight I had lost came back. Today I started the silk almond Vanilla Creamer which has 10 less calories than the normal Creamer and we’ll see. I weighed myself this morning at 160.0 so let’s see.

You are getting caught up in the minusha of this. Unless you are drinking LOTS of coffee every day, one or two cups at 10 calories each are probably not the problem.

I have to refocus all the time and cut out bread, potatoes, and rice. That means cutting out my daily potato chips because they seem to cause fat retention.
