Also you can take Fish oil capsules as omega 3 helps in reducing blood cholesterol level. His advices are far better than any of us.

Subodh Ranjan is right . Keto should be the LAST resort for any fat\weight loss goal. Go for simple approaches first and avoid any diet which stresses your mind and body .
