Well, here I am again. About a year later. Yesterday I found out the my bad cholesterol is about 3 over what it should be and my level has increased by 10 since last year. I was told that I should try to exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. I know what I need to do. I do it for a while and then get lazy, slipping back into old habits.
