Well I am finally losing steady. I have been exercising almost every night and keeping my eating consistent. I allow my self to have a happy meal and a treat every other day.
So what I have been doing is alternating my treats. Like today I will have my usual protein breakfast and then later today I will look forward to my Starbucks sugar free hazelnut Frappucino with soy milk and my vanilla scone then tomorrow is my happy meal day where I usually will have 4 piece chicken mcnugget small fries and a vanilla cone.
So what I am trying to do is trick my brain into thinking I am not on a diet. And what my goal is to try and do is maybe start skipping my happy meal day and make it every third day and then after that maybe find another trick or replacement.So far its been working so we shall see. :)
