I've realized that the "sleep\rest" and exercise calorie burn tally on this app\site is a little screwy. I did some experimenting with it last night. Deleting and adding things. There's times when adding more exercise gave me a smaller number! Plus it's set to 1607 burned with rest ad sleep I believe. According to a few sources I found, mine with my height, gender and weight should be around 1400. So from now on I'm going to just add whatever my exercise number is to 1400. I also customize my exercises by calculations I've found else where and what the steps on my watch\app tell me. This site is great but it's not perfect. Just thought I'd share, in case it could help anyone. ☺ Have a great weekend!
