Setting my first goal. I’m going to be at 215# by Thanksgiving (US). Currently right about 238#. I’d really like to be at 200# by that time, but that would require losing almost 5#/week. While it would be possible, I’m not going to extremes and will set something more realistic for myself. Slow and steady. I am going to allow myself some pumpkin pie with real whipped cream at that time and expect that a few pounds will be added back. It will be back to normal after that though.
