Thank you guys 😊. I followed @valentinalequeux custom nutrition/fitness plan for 11 weeks. The last week my acl has been torn so I have been not strictly following it. I’ve really started enjoying weight training, I encourage anyone interested in physique goals to incorporate weight lifting into your routine

I like on you that you are losing weight without starving or following some kind of an exotic diet or eliminating carbonhydrates or killing yourself working out. A brilliant example for everyone. Good for you girl !

Thank you tassos67! I did try lower carb days and while it can give you quick results, I did not find it sustainable for me. I enjoy lifting weight so I need the energy that only whole food carb sources can provide 😊. Thank you for the good vibes

Lizzbliss , right now, I do a 4 day split. Day 1 back and biceps. Day 2 shoulders and day 3 chest and triceps, Rest day 4 then start over. I used to do 2 leg days in there but for now I just add leg stretching to my bedtime routine because of my injury to my knee. I usually lift for 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs on the weight training days. This looks like 6-8 exercises that I do about 4-6 sets at 10-16 reps of each exercise. I also like incorporating drop sets which adds time to the session 😊. Hope that helps!
