I wish I understood my body and weight loss... Oh well. I'm glad didn't gain anything even though I'm still eating over my RDI. I honestly think that Tuesday is when everything will go back to normal, because I'll be back and at work and there will be less opportunities to snack. Whereas on weekends and holidays temptations abound when I open my cupboards!
