Basically Cajun Grill. It’s bourbon chicken, steamed cabbage, and plantains. The plantains were cold and hard so I only ate one 😜 

I ate a lot of it, most of it. About 2 cups of steamed cabbage and almost 2 cups worth of chicken. 

Talk about 1 meal a day 😀

Everything-is-trackable :) Especially for you! I KNOW A Virgo can figure this out :) Anyway you are 10x better then me today and I am 3 hours 'behind you'. I'm at 40 carbs and climbing (sigh). 

You had me at bourbon chicken! Have you ever tried bourbon baked beans? Delish! 

I just ballpark estimate and move on. 

It looks (and sounds1) delicious! I got similar issues now... had already logged dinner (was gonna have sweet potato lasagne with salad)... hubby popped in with a huge portion of chips from the chippy... now Ill have to estimate them (gonna have them with veggie sausage rolls instead of the lasagne). 

Okay i did it. And WOW😱!!! Cajun cafe bourbon chicken has some serious calories! 😪 I thought about having pizza for dinner but thought this would be more responsible. 🙄 not really

I’ve never heard of those Nikeit but I’m going to look for them! What is the brand??

Sorry - I get them from Wing Stop (a TX wing place but they have them other states as well I guess) - I took it from them and just add a little bourbon to canned baked beans, too, but the restaurant's are the best 

I think we have those around here too. But I definitely have bourbon in the house 😈
