For the first time ever I cheat and feel guilty. I have always cheated and eaten cookies, cold drinks, cakes and too much fruit. But last night after doing a week and a half of one meal a day, I ate some cookies, lots of cookies and I felt so bad after that. But as people always say, make sure the next meal is the right kind. I have had my coffee with cream breakfast and will patiently wait for supper.
