Good Morning. I have one more pound to go, but now I decided to go down to 140. In that way, I can pay from 140 to 145. It has been a good diet, the only thing is that I miss the bread. I love bread and I have not had it for more than 2 month :( but I am happy losing the weight. I have not seen 146 pounds since 6 years ago. I has been a fun ride.... :)
