I have a pinch nerve higher up my back that has affected my neck. The pain goes straight in my arm and can’t turn my head to the right at all. I’m on Norflex but had this for 3 days and doesn’t seem to improve. I’m a thought but this is so sore. Anyways, my whole eating routine is out of sinc. I’m not hungry at times but then super hungry the next time. Any tips please. I don’t want to pick up excess weight .i have worked too hard.

Find a good chiropractor no pain meds or any muscle relaxers will work for that. Pain will destroy everything you worked for. I struggled with sciatica for 2 years and for first time I can actually workout again after seeing a chiropractor for 6 weeks. The longer you wait the worse it will get
