I had to fast for my Dr appointment this afternoon, I was so hungry when I went to the store on my way home, I wasn't even tempted to get candy as a quick snack, instead I got grapes and ate them on my way home.it feels good to be making healthier choices.

try Grabbing, nuts, sunflower seeds, cheese or even Beef Jerky next time you need a quick snack, protein and fat keep you fuller longer, and wont spike your insulin like grapes. :)

Try carrying something in the car for immediate eating so you don’t have to be tempted by the candy, chips, etc. I keep a little cooler in my car with frozen bottles of water to drink and acts as my ice and a stick of string cheese, a pouch of tuna, sometimes a granola bar and apple., or a hard boiled egg. Something quick and easy and available.

Yay! Good for you! It’s hard going to the store hungry and not grabbing anything and everything you see. Definitely on a healthier path!
