The diet is going good so far but I really thought I would have lost more weight than 5 pounds by now. I started the diet on May 10, 2010. I have noticed my pants feeling bigger in the waist area. I guess I am just impatient when it comes to losing weight. The last time when I was on this diet I lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks but I was alot bigger then than I am now. I have only got 35 pounds I want to lose now when I had 90 pounds back then.

We all lose at different rates. Your doing fine. Having less to lose makes a big difference.
