😜 Keilin if you ever need to drop a few pounds real quick, keto could be for you. You’ll lose the water weight and the bloating that comes with carbs. But you do soo well with your woe I’m a lill jealous 😍

@CrashtestDawnie - 1500 calories a day, to lose weight? Looking at your numbers: OCT: Average calories a day: 1659 (Carbs: 143.40g) - Sept: Average calories a day: 1133 (Carbs: 43.37g) - Aug: Average calories a day: 1059 (Carbs: 42.13g) - July: Average calories a day: 1039 (Carbs: 17.07g)

There are so many varying factors to consider when looking at my numbers. From mid May up until the the last week of July, I followed my plan perfectly without cheating. But since then I’ve changed my woe or gone off plan at least once a month. I’m interested in finding out my maintenance calorie range. It’s not 1000-1200 (or less) anymore. It’s gotten waaay better. I am going to stick to keto till thanksgiving but I want to see just how many calories can I eat until I stall. A week at 1500 should give me a better idea of where I’m at.

I also can’t believe in September my average carb intake was 43!

@CrashtestDawnie - Totally understandable. Plus you know I am not a 'calorie counter' :) Also, from my own numbers the 'daily average' is misleading because a huge gain from raising my carbs to 120 followed by a loss from lowering my carbs to 20 does not mean that 70 carbs a day would not still cause a slow increase. - - I just wanted you to 'look' at *your* numbers :) - - People can offer good advice on this site, but, it *may* not apply to my 50 year old insulin resistant body :)

yes your calories have been low. I have found that having minimum fat of 70% is key to me not gaining weight with more calories. I can only estimate since I eat just meat and fat hard to have an exact number. I may have a little more fat to the protein. naturally I have under 5 grams of carbs
